Payment is full and upfront. You can wait until you see and pick one of the sketch samples, but I won't progress further until payment is made.

You are allowed to make whatever you want off my art (print, stickers, etc) as long as it is for personal use. Not for profit or resale!

Small edits can be made for free, but things like big edits and alternative versions of the same artwork will come with a charge.

Whenever necessary, I make multiple sketches with different poses or scenarios as concepts for commissioners to pick from. This does not mean you are allowed to grab the discarded concepts and share them in social media, or take them to other artists. For this reason I reserve the right to recycle any concepts of mine that weren't used in your final project.

REFUNDS are not available after I've finished the drawing. Once I hand you the file our transaction is over. HOWEVER, since there are multiple slots available at a time, you can ask for a full or partial refund if I haven't started working on your drawing or it hasn't been fully completed yet. What percentage is refunded will be a case by case agreement.

I'd rather not work with deadlines, but you can ask me to see progress anytime! If possible, I'd like to take as much time as I need to ensure it becomes as good as it can be. Estimated turn around time can be anything from 3 weeks to 3 months and it's entirely depending on my responsibilities as a student at the time of the deal, artwork complexity and quantity of revisions.

If you do need the piece to be done before a specific deadline, (like if you need it for a friend's birthday or celebration) you must let me know upfront!

if you need the picture to remain private or anonymous, you MUST let me know beforehand. I reserve the right to show progress shots and early access looks in my Patreon, but i'll keep it off public galleries if requested!
